ASTRO Call

Selects whether an ASTRO / DVRS - Call can be transmitted or received (or both). Such a Call is typically used when the majority of transmissions are between a dispatcher and a radio-user, or a group of radio-users; It is intended not so much to ensure privacy, but rather to eliminate the annoyance of users receiving traffic that does not pertain to them.
